Working closely with a due diligence team from the investment firm, we insure alignment of
recommendations to identify the potential value, as well as the impact the investment thesis will have
on IT and associated technologies.
Post acquisition support includes identifying needed changes and addressing gaps in the IT
organization, infrastructure and application space. Through the development and execution of focused
projects, we help the client insure the success of the investment transformation.
